Thank you for visiting the Mindful Train website.  This website offers free guided mindfulness meditations available to anyone interested in practicing meditation.  These recordings can be found in Guided Meditations and are available for you to freely stream or download.  It is our aspiration for this website to provide as many people as possible the opportunity and inspiration to practice mindfulness meditation for a life filled with awareness, well-being, and kindness.  The guided meditations are guided by Ben Gaibel, LCSW.  

This website is also a resource for those interested in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) which Ben Gaibel teaches in Boulder County at the Good Samaritan Cancer Center, as well as for the Center for Integrative Medicine.
